Drove up the coast to Dundee, Monifieth (12th June) and spent a night at Tayview Caravan Park [Red Dot in the picture] http://www.tayview.info. The owner of the park was kind enough to wait for me to arrive which I was great full for as Honey was driving a little sluggishly...
After spending a pretty cold night in the van I made my way to the local golf course (Monifieth Golf Links) where I had a game with Donald (an elderly Scottish Gentleman with the uncanny ability of hitting the ball straight down the middle of the fairway!
Was very happy with the game - managed to drive the Green (par 4s) on three occasions and missing all three eagle putts! Hmph... While the course may have seemed on the short side, I would imagine it would be welcomed with a stiff Scotish breeze blowing!
Sooo Cooooold (its supposed to be summer!!).
